Basically me and this girl have been flirting at work for about a week. It's mostly her initiating contact with me. Calling me cute, likes what I wear etc. A couple days ago she comes to my desk and starts talking to me. This is basically how the conversation went...

Her: hey how's it going?

Me: I'm good how are you? How was your weekend?

Her: It was good. Celebrated a friends birthday at the club.

Me: how was that?

Her: it was fun. I was backing it up like a dump truck. Plus my nipples were hard and you can see them through my shirt.

Me: haha oh really? Now I wish I was at that club.

Her: you should've I would've backed it up on you.

Fast forward to the end of the day. I text her asking her she should show me her dance moves. She laughs and tells me that she was just kidding and that she can't dance.

The next morning at worker another co worker comes to my desk showing me something on his phone. Apparently him the other girl also talk to each other. His phone showed a text conversation between him and her regarding me. It was a screenshot of my conversation with the girl.

She sent it to him laughing saying "look at your friend lol" basically making fun of me like I'm over pursing her. Personally I think that's disrespect and I was wondering how would you guys handle this situation

Ignore it, and keep things civil and professional with her from this point forward.

The first exchange was face to face, right?

The only texts exchanged were where you asked to see her dance moves and her reply that she was only kidding. Was there more to the exchange? Not that it really matters, I'm just trying to put this in context. Her response clearly indicated that she had mentioned dancing to you first, and you were merely following up. She has shown her true colors, a tease who screenshots conversations and passes them around w/o regard for the other person. Basically, she's immature. I'd be cordial and professional around her, but unless you want the office to know your business, don't associate with her outside the professional environment.

Yep! Asking about her dance moves were through text.

She tried starting a conversation later on that day and I kept short and professional. She showed her true colors and I simply don't associate with immature people.
