Important: I am not from states and nothing is legally obstructing me from having relationship.

I would like to turn something which could be considered as an office romance into something healthier, but I am still searching for a appropriate way. I have a few ideas of my own where i would appriciate evaluation but I would also be glad if i get some feedback from someone more "expirienced" on this matter.

- I see her all the time but this might be a counter productive as we can be together too much. Not that i mind but i dont know about her.

- I was thinking about not having anything during work hours and limit it strictly on afternoon, maybe a coffee before job.

- We are keeping it a secret, we dont want to be in spotlight of office gossip

- Should I change project (I am quite flexible at that)?

There are no legal impediments to many interoffice relationships. The impediments are personal: what happens when you break up & sill have to work with the person.

There is a difference between not flaunting it & hiding it.

If you can change projects that solves a lot of problems.
