P.S. When I took One a day Weight Smart vitamins, with green tea extract, I lost weight. But now for some reason, the vitamins make me need to vomit about fifteen minutes after I take them.

take them with milk or food. it helps keep your stomach from getting too upset.

 

I take my vitamins at night, because it does not hurt my stomach as much.

Do you take them on an empty stomach? I have certain vitamins that if I don't take with food I'll get naseuous about 20 minutes later.

Yes, I always take them with food. I would usually take them right in the middle of eating breakfast...it was my thing.

To brew tea: Fill a two-cup measuring cup with water and bring it almost to boil (not quite) in the microwave. Takes about 4-1/2 to five minutes.

 

Then put two bags of green tea in the water and let it steep for four to five minutes.

 

Take out the bags, pour into a pitcher and fill the rest of the pitcher up with cold water (about 6 cups' worth).

 

Done! You can also bring a full pot of water to a boil and then put three bags of tea in to steep. I just find it easier to do it in the microwave.

 

I use a half-packet of stevia (a no-cal natural sweetener sold at health food stores) to sweeten each glass of tea.

 

Do take into account the water intake you'll get by drinking the tea, rather than only taking the supplement! The water also helps fill you up. The green tea gives it a taste and makes it more pleasant to drink a lot.

im 21 and i weigh 100 pounds and yes im underweight but what sucks is that im so skinny but i yet have a belly. I want to gain weight and get rid of the fat around my belly so what should i do?

 

i run on the tread mill every other day for 20 minutes and lift weights for 3 minutes lol. im startin to eat 5 times a day as well but im scared that all the food will just go down my stomach. i told my doctor and she just said to run and do crunches and eat.

 

Can someonne tell me abt the calorie intake stuff im so confused abt that. i dont really eat 5 times a day i usally eat 3 big meals a day so im going to chaange that but can someone clearly explain what i should do to gain weight and at the same time get rid of the fat around my belly??
