Popsicle Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I don't know where this belongs so I'll just let the mods put it where they see fit. I was thinking about how it's been so long since I've felt those scratchy men's whiskers on my face and neck and soft parts. In a way I miss it but I also remember it being kind of unpleasant. Ladies, how do you get around this?

MidwestUSA Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I'm old enough to start growing my own. Tit for tat. 8
Shining One Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Keep em short and make your guy condition his facial hair. One of my exes used to wash my face with conditioner when we showered together. Does it really make that much of a difference? 1

Ladies, how do you get around this? Whiskers???? Like, a cat or a dog's whiskers? Isn't it better to date within your own species? 3
basil67 Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Whiskers are Ok if they are long enough to be soft. Stubble, on the other hand, doesn't get permission to go near my soft parts. 1

Yep, when done regularly and over a long enough period of time for it to have an effect. You should use it (and shampoo, not soap) on pubic hair too. 1
preraph Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I don't miss them. I already use an exfoliator. I don't even choose a dog with bristly hair. 2
xxoo Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Beards are softer than stubble. Works the same way for women's leg hair, btw 2
blackcat777 Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 For the first month of being with my boyfriend, my chin peeled and was soooo raw from kissing all the time. It was unpleasant, but I adjusted. I like a bit of scruff! (I also like waxing my legs etc. because it grows in soft.) 1
TX-SC Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I would not like a guys whiskers on my privates, but that's just me... My wife hates facial hair so I shave. So my guess is she wouldn't like it. 1
Mycatsnuggles Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 a mans whiskers on your private parts is amazing when he knows what he's doing!! I love a little scruff. Sexy and useful. 1
Miss Peach Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Coconut oil work best. Be careful with this. I can clog pores and cause break outs. Whiskers are Ok if they are long enough to be soft. Stubble, on the other hand, doesn't get permission to go near my soft parts. Same here.
Toodaloo Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Pops for a second there I thought you were worried about the velcro effect and was going to suggest Veet hair removal cream (make sure you set a timer as that stuff burns if left on for a second longer - see MC Hammer dance for reference!) and a trusty old Bic razor!!! Some men have lovely soft beards some don't give their faces a good rub to check before you have stubble rash in awkward places... Personally I love a bit of stubble/ beard... Its just so sexy... I am now tempted to see if XXOO's theory works with armpit air too... But that is just me being gross...
jen1447 Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 For the stubble-haterz, do your guys have really course beards? I mean like steel wool level lol? Usually close stubble is actually ok unless the beard's really course, and what actually gets to be a problem is scraggle - when stubble grows out to the next phase (maybe a couple mm longer) and starts to get uneven. Those hairs can have some bite to them, but usually the uniform short stubble not so much unless it's sandpaper effect from a steel wool guy.
OneLov Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Mine is currently transitioning from playoff to mountain man beard. My facial hair is rather coarse. At this point, it must be treated like the hair on top of my head. Break-out the conditioner.
