In general I have realized that I must be proactive about this whole dating thing, because while I am cute, they just don't come to me. I have worked with this guy on project for the past few months, mostly being in touch through email and the such. When I do see him, he is very friendly and is mostly bussiness. Since the first time that I met him I found him attractive, but I was getting over someone else.The last few times I have seen him it really hit me how nice and attractive he was. However, it's really not gotten anything beyond that. I saw no wedding ring, but who knows about a girlfriend. While our project is over I emailed him a week ago to see if he would debrief with me. he agreed, but he never wrote back to set up a time. other than that all I have is that he call my by my first name, and considering that were teachers, we generally don't do that with each other unless there is some level of informal connection already there. Merin mentioned the other day that fate comes in how you make it. Shoud I just jump on it and call him? thanks

If I were you, I would do some sort of little investigation to see what his current romantic situation is...otherwise you might get your hopes up only to be let down bigtime. I'm just saying this from my own personal experience.
