neo22 Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 (edited) I have been in a relationship with this girl when i was 15. We were young & she was my second girlfriend. We ended up breaking up for basically no reason other than that i was shy when i was younger but not anymore. I am 22 now. We began to hangout every day and fall for one another. We always had a crush on each other ever since we we broke up. When we first started speaking 6 months ago we began to hang out every day. Falling for each other more and more. We eventually fell in love pretty quick. She told me about her ex which i wasn't too worried about until i realized she still spoke to him on a "more than friend's" level while he was away at college. Her ex-boyfriend, which is her first love, lasted around 5 years on and off. They have grew up together and went through a lot of things together. Including her father passing away 2 years ago. He constantly hurts her, and she keeps forgiving him because of how much she loves him. He has cheated on her numerous times while he was away at college and now he is just finishing up. She loves him more than he loves her. He could basically tell her anything and she would believe him and give him another chance. Around thanksgiving he came home from break. She told me she was going to go see his family because she used to be so close with them and she wasn't going to see him. There was no convincing her not to go. They end up going black Friday shopping together and she ditches me. That night she told me she ended up talking to him and crying with him about their situation. The next day they ended up having sex. He went back to college and met a new girl which became his girlfriend. Another reason he hurt my girl( that sounds weird i know). I was basically there comforting her heart that someone else broke. But i was okay with it because i felt like i could fix everything. She treats me so well and i do the same. Now her ex is coming back for spring break and she told me She can't do this anymore she broke up with me.she just can't get over him. She loves him more than me. This girl does everything for me and more. She doesn't let many people into her life. She loves me too but she doesn't know what's good for herself. She keep believing him and his lies that give her hope. I'm so upset. I haven't ate in two days. I have no appetite at all. Someone please give me some incite on this. Edited March 14, 2016 by neo22
zenguy Posted March 14, 2016 Posted March 14, 2016 Wow, dude, you should have broken up with her a long time ago. What are you doing to yourself? This isn't healthy, run away from this awful situation. You've become too comfortable being around her, that you don't know what a good healthy relationship actually is, there are other women out there, go find them, now.
