Before gett Ng it I asked her if she wanted to help me on the weekend to go over the class material, we're both taking real estate classes. She first said she was gonna be very busy so in my head I thought "give up." I asked her after that if maybe some other day and she said maybe. Before walking back to my car I asked her if I can et her number and we'll she as you know already she did. It's legit, she called herself with my phone. So do I wait to text her? Should I not? I don't know if she gave me her number to not seem like a b*tch. What do I say if anything?

Anyway I'd let this one go because you keep asking us what to do instead of just improvising and being yourself with her. My opinion on it is that she's being nice and thinks you're just another boring nice guy that wants to be her friend.

Instead, you told her you needed help with class. If you call her and try to get a date out of it, it won't go well and it'll come off like you scammed her just to try and get her number. I mean all you had to do was keep it simple and say "I think you're really attractive and would like to get to know you better. When are you free to grab a drink?" You don't have to do that right now, since you've framed everything around class, but you will have to do that to find out if there is something more. Admittedly, you are in danger of being in the friendzone (classmatezone ) so be aware of that.

Coming on here in search of a magic formula that makes you not nervous and guaranteed to succeed will get you nowhere. Not how it works. Call her, maybe chat for a sec about the studying stuff but then ask her out for a coffee/drink/etc. One idea... Say something like: "Hey, you know while we both do need to study for these classes but to be honest, that was just kind of a pretense for me to get your number. We could def study sometimes but what I'd really like is to grab a drink or food sometime and get to know you a little better." Boom. Be simple, be direct, be strong. In my experience this almost always gets you the first date -- nothing else is guaranteed -- but the first date, yes.

She has her own studying to do and she quite rightly told you to take a hike. If you want a date ask her out on a date.
Author Kylemopar Posted March 10, 2016 Author Posted March 10, 2016 I got this girls number last night, I was gonna wait a day to text her but I asked a female friend if it's better to text her a day later or the same day, she told me to text her that day. So I did. The girls who's number I texted hasn't texted back...it's over isn't it? And no she did not give me a fake, it's the real deal phone number.
