Johnsmith1003 Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 Every week my job forces me to do a graveyard shift on Thursdays. They floor me, but they usually can be greatly alleviated by napping prior to the shift I found. Problem is, it's dang hard to force a nap. Anyone got any tips to succeed?
Tayla Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 I found watching golf does the trick! if that doesn't make the ole snooze fest kick in then watch ballet . I downright get comatose from the tutu's and twirly dos. otherwise ( and on a serious note) try meditative music. 1
