Ryan_XD Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 A while ago my girlfriend of 4 years split up with me and I never really understood how hard that must of been and I actually feel slightly bad for being so angry with her when she did it. After seeing a girl for a few months, I kind of realized it wasn't going anywhere for me, the connection just was not their and I didn't think it would be fair to string her a long and so I broke it off. I have only been seeing this girl for a few months and it has had me up at night worrying about how she'll react and for some strange reason I've found myself wracked with guilt! I guess I finally realize how hard it is for people to end a relationship and I honestly feel sorry for people ending a serious relationship/marriage even if they do not have feelings for the person anymore, it's still extremely difficult and I definitely appreciate that a lot more. Just thought I'd share my experience today with you guys!
kztar Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 How long were you dating this girl for? How serious was this relationship? I'm just wondering because I've never been a "dumper" but then again I don't really date people serious unless I see marriage potential. If I don't see the potential marriage person I would consider it a fling. I had a fling for two years. But I'm weird. Anyways currently heartbroken because clearly I got dumped so I would like to hear more about this.
Meli22 Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 I'd rather do the dumping any day. Being dumped leaves you feeling not good enough, with so many questions and never a real reason as to why they walked away (my experience anyway). It does crazy things to your esteem!
