Let me start by saying I've been happily married for 19 years. OK so here goes. My husband recently started going on Facebook looking for new friends. (Men and women) It wouldn't be so bad but he gives these girls his phone number. That drives me nuts. I've tried talking to him but it just upsets him. He says he not doing anything wrong, he'd never cheat on me. Thing is I believe him. It still bugs me. He even made the best friends with this one girl after one week. He even told her he loved her as a friend. This is driving me crazy! The thing is I trust him but it still drives me nuts. He's always been a good husband and I love him very much. He reasures me it's just friends. He says he just needs to have more friends. I don't even know if this should bug me. Am I making a big deal over nothing? Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.

Best friends after one week? Give me a break... There's something wrong here in my opinion. It seems he might be on the path of emotional cheating, maybe leading to something else. If it was me, I'd be weary. I don't think your alarm is misplaced. But that's just my opinion.

He's about to (if he hasn't yet) have an emotional affair.

You should be beyond "bugged" by his behavior. You should be irate and not tolerate being disrespected in this way.

He needs to have his chain yanked.

He's best friends with some random woman after one week? Is he in middle school?

Your husband is up to no good. This is headed in a very bad direction if you don't put a stop to it immediately.

That was my thoughts! It's really fishy. At the same time he's always been trust worthy. I want to be like really who do you think you are? At the same time every other way he's a great husband.
