Satu Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 Exactly. Anything other than that can't be made to work. Afterthought: I'm OK + You're OK = We are OK
Author okc85 Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 OP - I used to have the same issue. I found reading Natalie Lue's blog called Baggage Reclaim very helpful. She talks a lot about unavailable relationship and has 1,000s of articles on the topic. It helped me a lot to reverse this pattern. So I've been listening to her podcast the past week. It has helped a lot. Thanks for sharing.
Author okc85 Posted March 13, 2016 Author Posted March 13, 2016 It helped because my last ex has recently texted me, 'Are you feeling better?' And the past me would've taken this as a possible sign of reconciliation. But today, I don't see it that what. And frankly, do I want to go back to someone who dumped me, and basically pushed me away during the relationship? It feels nice that I'm starting to 'evolve' so maybe someday I'll have a healthy relationship. 2
