This is kind of cheesy...Need advice on "busting a move"

I feel real silly asking about this, but I wasn't really sure what to do.

 

There's this guy I'm attracted to and I'm pretty sure he likes me too. The problem is I'm extremely shy. Oh and I'm moving to another city in about two weeks. It's only an hour away from him, but it's likely that we won't be seeing each other as often as we do now.

 

So I've been trying to get closer to him and spend more time with him. I've gotten over my pride and my shyness and now feel a lot more comfortable with asking him out and spending time with him. My friend says I need to skip the buddy buddy stuff and just pull him aside one day and kiss him. She's the kind of person that doesn't believe in living life wondering what if? I just don't think that I can just grab him and kiss him. I think I'd be frightened if someone did that to me.

My other friend thinks I should just ask him what he thinks about friends that kiss and see what happens.

 

I'd rather just let things take their own course, but then I don't want to wonder what could've happened.

 

So should I try to kiss him? Does anyone have any ideas how to actually do this without being so aggressive?

Good question,

 

Play around with him and stare at him and smile and look at him in a silly way and so are you going to kiss me or what I know that you want to if he wants to he will and if he does not want to say do you think that I was serious and play it off.
