Hey guys and gals, I just want to say thanks for helping me out in my previous post earlier this month about my breakup and advice. I just want to let you know that I'm doing much better as NC has really been helping me (2 months NC) and I wanted to share a link that helped me in conjunction with the stickied NC guide.

There's a link I recently found that has 10 break up boundaries that have really helped me in the BU process. It might have been on here before, and if so, I apologize for putting the link up again!

Here it is! 10 Essential Breakup Boundaries | Baggage Reclaim by Natalie Lue

Even though I am new to the site, I hope that you all will read this and that it helps you in your BU/coping process!

This is great, love Natalie Lue!! Not just for the dumpee either.

Great advice for the dumper too! As often times, we have second thoughts and are tempted to go back....huge mistake in most cases.

This has really helped me over the last few days - it really puts things into perspective.

It also helps me to remember that there were times before I was in a relationship were I was a single, confident, powerful, happy and fulfilled person!

Thanks for sharing!

I think this is definitely the ultimate stage I'm trying to reach when I'm coping. I looked back to see what kind of person I was before I got into a relationship and it's pretty hard because that version of me was much younger, so I'm in the process of rediscovering myself and seeing what kind of person I want to be like. I think that outlook is a positive and an empowering one to have! We'll get there eventually!!
