So tonight is my first proper date after months of total depression over a certain person.

I'm so nervous.

He is the first man I've spoke to that wasn't him for two years.

I'm worrying if we don't click like I did with him.

I think I just need reassurance.

Great news Lou! Go for it girl!

It's a good sign that you are nervous - nerves are healthy on a first date!

If things don't click, no problem and no big deal - maybe they will next time you date someone. If they do click - fantastic! The main thing is that you are back in the game. Enjoy yourself and have a great time...Oh....and report back to us tomorrow!

Have a wonderful time.

It's perfectly normal to feel some nervousness in that situation.

Don't let it spoil your fun.

Remember that you are going out to enjoy yourself.

The odds he's the "one" are slim to none. But that's Ok. That's how this process works. Go on as many dates as you can. Have fun with it.

You don't appear to be anywhere ready to date.

Or maybe getting out there is what she needs. Sometimes we get so used to feeling down and always thinking about mm that in itself becomes a habit

I know you must be nervous. Remember it's only a date, not a wedding.

Well I'm back.

Phew.

Was nervous as can be.

We went bowling and couple of drinks and I had fun.

Even had a little kiss at the end.

It's deffo what I need,I need something to stop my feeling down.

Felt really confident as well.

Great news. I was nervous with my first date but also focused on all the great parts of dating a single man. It's full of possibilities.

I married him.
