I recently posted my story and Im finally ready to really try this whole no contact thing. I emailed my parents this morning and told them what has been going on. I think I waited because I was still holding on to this hope that things would work out and I didn't want my parents to hate him after everything that has happened. I hope with the support I receive here I can stay strong this time and move forward. Thank you for all the encouragement and advice it has really helped... Day 1 of the rest of my life :)
