There is a child involved ,her husband is not the father but has adopted her. Now the husband is threatening her to take her away if she doesn't stay with him. That's emotional blackmail right? He has also took 77000 from her account, fraudulently. Stolen her car keys and has hijacked her phone using iCloud so now all calls and text are sent to his phone. She doesn't know what to do. She can do nothing about the money because they are married, but she does have proof that he has plans on blackmailing her to stay with him if she doesn't retract the divorce papers. Any advice?

Jersey born raised Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 Speak with lawyer about the money. Don't assume anything. Her phone, is it in his name ? Speak to the District attorney. Car, is it in her name? If so call the police,
