As you heard around valentine's day I get thrown in jail for a romantic gesture.

 

I feel i'll never be able to be a girl's first love. I feel I am not able to even get any girl to love me.

 

I am 21 and never had a girlfriend and I feel depressed.

 

Valentines day is a bitch y'all.

Why is this so important anyways?

 

Most people don't get everything they want out of life. There are millions of people who won't get to be doctors/athletes/singers/actors/etc. That's life, deal with it. The world doesn't owe you anything. It's not worth going to jail over.

 

So you don't get to be a "first love." Lucky for you, most people are idiots when they're young and think they're in "love" when in reality they're just a walking bag of hormones without the mental capacity or life experience to process what they feel. You've still got plenty of time, assuming you don't harass anyone or do anything like that. I don't know your story but "expressing feelings" isn't an offense that gets you thrown in jail unless your expression is harmful, threatening, unsafe, detrimental, etc. Maybe things aren't quite as you make them out to be.
