I'm so confused She is either pranking you or waiting for you to help her by sending her money. You are being played. Sorry. But this story just doesnt sound true. When someone calls police for domestic violence they come in 10 minutes or less.

I have lived here in Rome for the last three years and I'd be very curious to hear where these supposed refugee camps are. Where did she receive medical treatment? She had the surgery in England

She had a joint account with her ex-boyfriend? Her being Native American is irrelevant in Italy. Again I ask, what does she say her ex was sponsoring her for? Work? She cannot legally be in Italy for an undetermined length of time without a visa. Period.

In my opinion you should not contact her or anyone associated with her.

You've never even met this girl. There are a lot of holes in her story in general and I wouldn't surprised if a lot of what she's told you isn't true. So, to clarify, she's married to an Italian. And she moved to Italy. Where does she say she lives here? But then had surgery in England. That makes zero sense. If she's legally married to an Italian citizen, she is qualified to have surgery here in Italy. Does she claim these refugee camps are in Italy? I have quite a few friends who are Native American...from different nations...none have arranged marriages. Even if it were true, how on earth did she end up in an arranged marriage with an Italian guy, not another Native American? Italians aren't known for arranged marriages...oops, he was a boyfriend but they shared an account and he froze all her accounts then hacked into her phone apps all the while they are in different countries. She had heart surgery in England? Was the refugee camp also in England? Where exactly was the refugee camp? Be less gullible! Ask the right questions, and I suspect her story will quickly fall apart. If she wasnt married she couldnt stay in Italy longer than couple of months without work or study permit. Then she is illegal. Have you talked to her on phone? Skype? Seen her or heard her voice? She is either not real or telling same bs story to 100 other guys waiting for someone to send her money for some fake surgery. People end up all the time in situations like these. Where they have transferred thousands of euros or dollars to scammers. Forget her. Do not contact her. Report her dating profile. Block her. Move on.

She's been unconscious for a week in some random hospital in...? ...England? And she's still hospitalized? When and how did she display all these great girlfriend qualities? Find someone else...who is local.

Another good rule of thumb: if they don't/can't/won't meet in a week or two, move on. Then you won't have to deal with outlandish excuses like I've been unconscious this past week. I have to give her an A+ for creativity!

She is here illegally otherwise. Take it from someone who's been through the very same system. How long did she tell you she was living in Italy? Does she plan to return? What is the country code (ie first two digits) on her phone number? You'd have to have her number in order to use What's App with her.
