Why aren't you more concerned about how you might have scarred this girl with your actions than "how it will look in court?"

The crime is stalking and harassment. But in the report it was emphasized she was a "juvenile" and we had consensual sex.

I could be OK with this a 16yo and a 20yo under strict conditions:

 

*The couple are in a strong and loving relationship and have been dating for a number of months

*He doesn't push her to be sexual before she's ready

*The girl's parents know the boy and are OK with the relationship

*The boy is mentally stable and respectful of her boundaries
