Ugh! Why do I care?

I separated from my ex after 7 years of being together in Dec. of 2014. We've been divorced since April of 2015.

I started dating immediately and have been with a great guy, whom I truly love since Jan. 2015 (it wasn't official until Aug).

Some background on the marriage: I didn't love him, he was lousy in bed, I never felt a connection with him, felt he was obnoxious. He visited escorts and massage parlors, and had an emotional affair with a woman he worked with.

He started dating and it's driving me crazy! Why?

I am obsessed! He also lies to me about dating! And I know he lies because I am a stalker and hacked into his accounts!

He is less and less available to me and it is really affecting me.

What should I do?

7 years with someone you didn't even like?

So you were with the ex for seven years, separated, and then met the love of your life a month later? In other words, you never gave yourself time to think and feel and grieve. If you're still obsessed with your ex (which you are) you're not truly in love with the new guy. He's your crutch, your Band-Aid.

You still have a lot of unresolved hurt and anger from the cheating. Hacking into his accounts is seriously wrong. You need to sort out your emotions so that you can begin healing and moving on. I suggest you seek counseling if you're not already.
