But that last sentence "Basically, you may just feel guilty about leaving women."

I hadn't really thought about that either. I feel terrible hurting people so maybe it's just easier for me to hurt myself instead?

It would be better for everyone if you'd leave before making things messy. It's not really being less hurtful to stay when you want to leave.

I just feel so bad leaving her. Like I'm letting her down, and I know that's worse than just ending things, but it sure makes it hard :/

How are things going? Did you talk to your GF about how you're feeling?

I think one thing to point out about your situation is that you did not have any time in between your relationships to take care of any baggage and take time for yourself.
