Brando Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 I CAN TAKE A PUNCH IF YOU CAN TAKE A JAB, HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT IN 4 EASY STEPS I've read the above story of a guys breakup many times. It's pretty cool/inspirational. 7
Paradigm Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 You're basically still addicted to dopamine if you replace your ex with the gym, at least its a healthier option:) 1

louxor Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Lol this is spot on! I'm a prime example of this to be honest with you and I'm in the best shape I have ever been right now. My break up definitely re-lit that spark inside me that got me back into all my physical-based hobbies. I will agree though it really is just like shifting one addiction to another haha - I guess that's why I've heard of the gym playing such a large role in the recovery process for drug addicts

No prob. I really enjoy it haha. The whole checking her Instagram, her wearing jewelry he gave her, most things he said are very relatable...I read it usually once a day and get a laugh out of it.
