Lol this is spot on!

 

I'm a prime example of this to be honest with you and I'm in the best shape I have ever been right now. My break up definitely re-lit that spark inside me that got me back into all my physical-based hobbies.

 

I will agree though it really is just like shifting one addiction to another haha - I guess that's why I've heard of the gym playing such a large role in the recovery process for drug addicts

haahh thanks for sharing! this is so me right now and for the past 8ish months. i loved the comic relief of number 4 being so short after 3 was so long, yet relatable.

No prob. I really enjoy it haha. The whole checking her Instagram, her wearing jewelry he gave her, most things he said are very relatable...I read it usually once a day and get a laugh out of it.
