Once a good girl goes bad & starts lying, cheating, dating multiple guys at the same time, selects other girls with loose mindsets to be friends with. Is she going to be a bad seed forever? And keep these traits throughout her whole life? Or could she change and become a good girl?

By girl, I'm assuming you are referring to someone young and impressionable. Nobody has all the answers, ever. Experimenting and trying new things in order to form educated opinions based on experiences is one way of learning. So, no, just bc a person hangs out with a certain social group now doesn't mean they'll continue to run with the same crowd later in life. The activities she is engaging in now may shape her future, but that doesn't mean it will be (in) her future.
