StalwartMind Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 You are hardly the only 26 year old, or any other age for that matter, who doesn't have a friend or just very few friends. How we define what a friend is also vary greatly from person to person. I'd say I have one close friend and it suits me perfectly. We all also look for different qualities in others and as such it can make the journey of finding someone we truly connect with be rather challenging. There's no shame in not having or wanting any, but if you find yourself in a situation where you feel something is missing, then perhaps you need to consider your options in order to change your circumstances. How you choose to to approach that depends on things such as mentioned above. Either way there are a lot of great people out there, although it can take some time to find someone who appeals greatly to you. 1
sportygirl89 Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 It helps to have friends from different groups and to rotate those friends. That way you don't spend too much time with either person. 1
