The father of my 5 month old daughter says he wants to get over his ex, and he knows he can do it with me because he loves me also. Should I give it a try or just continue on with my life. He asked me to marry him, I really love him so what should I do?

the question is..is he marrying you bc he wants to get over her and is settling or because you are the love of his life? Sounds like you need to focus on yourself and your precious baby and let him figure his life out before he enters yours.

Get some couple's counselling before you get married.

I wouldn't marry anyone who admits they're not over their ex.

Not to sound harsh, but carrying and having his child hasn't worked thus far.

Hello I've known this guy which is my daughters dad, I have known him for 1.5 years. He's still in love with his ex but she doesn't want anything to do with him. So he asked me to marry him and for my daughters and I to move in with him. He says he can't stand the idea of me being with another guy and that he loves me to, and knows he can forget his ex with me. But idk, he's the love of my life but I'm scared, that his ex will change her mind and he'll go back to her. Should I put all my fears aside and get married or should I just move on?
