szy123 Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Hey Guys. My ex break up with me month ago and she has a new boyfriend. I was wondering how I will feel when I see her with him after 1 month or 2 of no contact. Is that kind of situation bring me again to the moment when we brake up ? I mean that is 1 or 2 month of no contact will make me strong enough to deal with situation when I see their together. How was your experience?

If you feel indifferent towards her now, then you'll be fine. If you still have some kind of emotional connection to her, then it's going to be extremely difficult. I myself know that if I saw my ex right now it would tear me apart....so I do everything I can to avoid any situation where I would see her. Just be honest with yourself.
DarkHorizon Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Are you planning, expecting to see her, or are you just wondering if that happens by chance? I ended up seeing my ex on the road (we were both driving) after about a month from the BU and it wasn't easy at all.
Chi townD Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Dude, if you're not ready, then you're not ready. And I don't think that two or three month, would have gotten you to the point of being indifferent. You need to look out for you. And that should be your main priority. You need to be in control over the only thing you have control over and that is you! So, if I were you, I would avoid places that she goes. If you find out that she's going to be at an event or party that you were going to go to, I would take a pass on it. You need to be focusing and working on YOU! You need to start making positive changes in your life. You need to find new hobbies and do them. You need to be going to the gym. The key is to avoid her, focus on your healing and STAY BUSY! 1
