Hello. I found out that my ex is seeing someone who we have both known for years. We all went to school together and even ate lunch together. I have her as a friend on facebook and while she doesn't post anything about them, I Feel tempted to remove her from my friend list on there. I've been struggling with accepting everything, and maybe this can help. IDK whats making me hesitate.

You can unfollow people on Facebook and never see their posts or things they are tagged in.

Absolutely. If she isn't a close friend and just a Facebook contact, delete her from your friends list and block her, otherwise it is just a matter of time until she posts something that can hurt you. Besides, you will be tempted to keep looking at her account. You need time to heal, and in order for that to happen you need to distance yourself from anything that is directly related to his current life.

delete and block them both. You really don't need to know what is going on with them, and you will see something (sooner or later) that will hurt.
