Mizz Layta Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 We haven't had contact for a year now which is the longest time we've gone without any contact- I've moved on.I rarely think about him even though I haven't met anyone special since we broke up. However, last night I had dream that he's dead. I was upset about it and mourning his death. Then I was relived when I woke up realizing that it was just a dream. what does a dream like this mean?

I think dreams allow us to feel and process emotions that we might not consciously allow ourselves to feel (usually amidst some zany fictional circumstances lol). You're grieving him. He's not dead but he's gone from your life. Much the same thing in practical terms. 1
