Well the advice is simple. Don't contact her.

But if someone just says that with no context, then it's likely you would just ignore it, as it alone doesn't make a lot of sense.

Without mentioning the reasons that it's a bad idea, it's not much use.

jesus ****ing christ..i asked just for an advice not a personal judgement about myself lilke you all did..before you JUDGE someone be ****ing sure that you are better.

Sir doth protest too much, methinks...

I can assure you, on this point right here, I am better. If someone I didn't make time for when I had the chance has gotten on with his life and has found someone who gives him what I chose not to, then yeah, I would leave it be, learn my lesson from that and strive to do better by the next guy I met--not try to crash their life, discount the feelings and esteem of their new SO and think that they should be grateful and happy that I dropped in unannounced and most likely unwanted and they should pony up reciprocity. This is just basic maturity and not being self centered.

Everyone called your behaviour selfish, not you personally. Because that's how it looks from the outside. We can only go by the information you provide. Which was fairly centred in your own interests. Hence the selfish comment.

and nobody of you think of the possibility that she is TOTALLY over me and she could be friends with me now?! i m close to accepting that i will not bother her because i really care about her.

And can you not accept the possibility that may she ISN'T totally over you and can't be friends with you now?
