Met a girl. see her everyday in work. we talk and get along. soooooooooooo how to stay out the friendzone here and be more approachable to dating or a relationship.

Well if it's a girl you work with, it's probably not a great idea to go there. There are women everywhere, but you only have one source of income. Just saying..

 

In general though, I'd say the main mistake guys make is simply waiting too long to make a move. Instead of asking a girl out right away, they spend so much time talking and "getting along with her", always texting with her, etc.. In my experience, women respect and are attracted to confidence. Not beating around the bush.
