So here is the deal, my girlfriend broke up with me in the beggining of this year. But first some background story: She is currently finishing her degree to be a clinical analyst and at our country (Portugal) this sector is overloaded so there is no way she can get a job right here. So her plan is to move on to London where her parents are living at the moment. The thing is, I would not mind to move with her because I love London but there is a couple of things here that dont allow me to leave Portugal. The main reason is my parents, they need my help and assistance because my father has several health problems like rheumatoid arthritis and epilepsy and his relationship with my mom is very complicated because they are arguing all the time. But both need me and I couldn´t stand to be so far away from them knowing what they are going through in my abscence. The other reasons are strictly professionals, I got a steady job, not a very nice income but its enough for me and also a music project with a friend of mine that is growing very fast, we have a weekly radio show about electronic music on three national radios and one in Brasil. Also we are getting booked and already realeased some tracks. So, in the beggining of this year we talked about how our future would be. I told the same thing that I wrote above and she immediatly wanted to breakup. I started to accept the fact that we were both going different ways on our life when she called me yesterday crying his heart out completely lost. She wanted to speak with me in person, and as soon as I arrived at her place she hugged me crying and asking me to get back to things the way they were because she can´t handle it all by herself because that´s how she is living right now, all alone because as I said before her parents are both working in London. She said she felt the had lost her shelter and she was missing me so much. She had the craziest thoughts on her head. We both had a anxiety attack since we both suffer from that and we had to take some relaxers. After some fights, we both agreed about starting over very slowly. The biggest problem of them all is, I know she still wants to go work abroad and I know that another breakup is imminent but she said that she needs my now and when that times come we will see about that. I don´t know if I can keep dating her knowing in a near future we will probably breakup again. What kind of advice or opinion do you have about this? Im lost...

Im lost... well I wouldn't if I know someone is leaving but love is so strong, sometimes you always do the opposite of it
