A while back before we worked together I DM'd her on insta and asked for her number in a way she didn't like. So she wasn't having it. Now that we work together she brought it up and we both laughed it off and then I politely asked for her number and she wrote it on a piece of paper and stuck it in my back pocket while I was working. I texted her later that night and she never replied. Three days later she texts me asking if I could find her something (illegal lol) I told her I would try. I eventually found it for her and gave it to her at work the next day. Today at work, I'm walking to the dish room (I work in a resteraunt) to grab a bowl and she see's me and smiles at me. Not a quick smile, we connected eyes and she slowly put a smile on her face and looked away. Later on, I go to the restroom, as I'm walking back to my station we run into each other and I apologize and she grabs my waist with one hand and says don't be sorry. That's pretty much all that has happened but I definitely think she is into me at this point. So what's my next move? I have her number, but I don't work again for three days either. truth_seeker Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I think there's a good chance OP you can sleep with her. Lots of people in the restaurant business sleep with their co-workers. Most male managers are scumbags preying on the bartenders and waitresses. If you're going to get her you have to be distant and I suggest give more attention to other female co-workers. Once she feels she doesn't have you wrapped around her finger she'll probably text you or call you to hang out.

If it were a manager who did something illegal for one of the bartender's or waitresses... he would use it as leverage to get sex out of it. Managers at restaurants, lounges, bars are some of the lowest form of scum walking the Earth.

However some people have said she isn't into me. But I honestly beg to differ.

If she says no, never ask again. Continue to treat her the same as always but no more favors. If you want to make it even more casual put together an after work group for those drinks. See how she behaves toward you there.
