First let me say i am the ultimate procrastinator. and i am struggle to improve myself. simple thing such as eating more to start gyming or going for a run i cant do.

 

I want to do things, i want to motivate myself and get my act together but i just cant push it. i cant i cant i cant and it is screwing me over badly.

 

I have to get my life together and i need to start now. I just need that motivation, that push to do it.

 

How do you all do it??
