Something is really bugging me and the hardest part is knowing there ain't much I can do about it.

Trying to attract women to date me is hard when I look like a 13 year old. The worst part is I know I look like a 13 year old.

I'm actually 20 years old but even with facial hair I look like a 13 year old.

I message women online and the first thing they say to me is that I look like a 12/13 year old (it's pretty consistent) (Btw I've approached women in person too, so online isn't my only source for women before you mention it)

It makes me feel bad because I want to get out and date more girls but hardly anyone wants to date a guy that looks like a little 13 year old boy. Now'adays you got more women saying they're "looking for a man not a boy" too. Feelsbadman.

I don't know if it will work out better when I'm older but sometimes I really wish I looked older right now.

First of all, it didn't slow down Leonardo DiCaprio any. It's more about attitude. My advice is shave the facial hair. Most women aren't nuts about it. It won't conceal that you look like a boy.

If you can afford to occasionally dress in a suave suit, that might help some. Think what it does for Mark Anthony, Jennifer Lopez's ex. Anyway, lots of women like young looking guys. You are still young, you know. Don't go overboard trying to look like a lumberjack or something. Dress nice, keep a professional haircut. Shave. Be a little patient. Good luck.

There are so many guys I know who look much younger than they really are and are popular among women.

Celebrities too - Justin Bieber, Michael J Fox, Tobey Maguire, etc...

Some women love a "baby face".

I think the problem you're having to attract women is more related to your lack of self confidence than to you looking younger than you really are.

You could start lifting weights and bulking up, assuming you also have a 13 year old's body.

I can approach women no problem with confidence in person. Online I'll leave a message expressing my interest in getting to know them a bit better and most of the time I get a comment saying I look like a 12 year old right off the bat. It just makes me feel bad, I don't actually show that I feel bad about it mind you.

It's not all about looks.... it's the attitude. Although a little facial growth might work wonders for you too....and a killer haircut.

But more than that.... try and adopt a kick ass attitude.... complete with banter, sarcasm, teasing, flirting, tons of self-confidence..... and you'll have the ladies in your hip pocket.

Are you Asian? If you are, most of us apparently look like kids way into our 20s or even 30s. I'm still there, still getting the t-shirt.

That being said, if you REALLY want to look older there are tricks you can try. The way you dress, the way you carry yourself, etc. But either way it shouldn't really matter - as long as you don't talk and think like a 13 yo (and lots of guys do, even those who LOOK manly!) you should be able to find a compatible woman eventually.

Looking like a 13 y.o. is probably more detrimental to your career than your dating life. So you'd have to address this issue anyway. Pinpoint what it is that makes you look young.

Is it being short and thin? A lot of short and thin middle aged men. Is it the way you dress and your hair? These you can change.

Most important is the way you carry yourself. I don't mean confidence (many adults have no confidence). Adults are a lot more deliberate in the way their body moves. Children are less aware.

Check out the movies Big (Tom Hanks) and Freaky Friday (Jodie Foster) where the actor has to play a child in an adult body or vice versa. The actors study the difference between adults and pre-teens in facial expressions and body movements.

So make this an acting exercise, you are playing a 30 year old trapped in a 13 year old body. Would you act any different from how you are normally?

Ahhh, preraph beat me to it!!! I was going to say it hasn't hurt Brad Pitt any!! But Leo is similar baby faced god :) Listen a younger looking face is going to be very appealing to some. Preraph sounds like she is not into the facial hair. If it's done right, I think it's handsome. Don't worry about looking young, get the right attitude of confidence and use that--honestly whatever your looks are if you attitude is right, they are just enhancements of one another. You'll be fine!!

I think dressing to impress is a key here. If you're a sharp dresser you can go from looking like a kid, to looking like a very precocious adult.

Lol girl on her profile had a tagline saying 'no idiots, no time wasters'.

I send her a message expressing my interest in getting to know her better if she is interested.

She replies LITERALLY within 30 seconds saying:

'you look about 10, no sorry'.

OLD is harsh man.

Replied back to her saying if you're going to base your decision on that alone then I don't think your personality matches with what I'm looking for anyway, sorry.

feelsreallybadman.

The funny thing is they don't seem to realize they look really young themselves after all, all 18-22 year olds (my search preference) look like kids anyway. because they're 18-22 ffs
