If I agreed to contact, could I take it back to no contact?

After my GF broke up with me we went on no contact for a month , after the month she contacted me asking if I could remove some pictures I had of her, we got to talking and we agreed to stay in contact again, she said she was fine with it but warned me that she had a new boyfriend already. Its been a day and she already has posted a snapchat of her and her BF at the last restaurant we ate at before we broke up. I dont think i can handle this afterall, should I tell her id like to not be in contact again? My goal is to get her back eventually...

Of course you can go back to no contact. Just tell her that you thought you'd be OK with it, but you're finding it too difficult.

Or just say nothing at all! Nothing says she deserves an explanation. Just vanish into nothingness! Who needs her anyways

I agree. I would stop communication on your part, and if she tries to initiate communication I would tell her politely that contact was a little hard for you and it would be best if you gave yourself some time.

For some reason your ex seems to switch gender with every new thread you make. You also never return to your threads to respond to the posts or answer questions. Is there some reason for this?

You don't owe her an explanation. Just go NC. I mean, she had a new boyfriend in less than a month after your break up? I'm starting to think this other dude is the reason why you're broken up in the first place, so you don't owe her anything. You're not her friend. I'm pretty sure that you didn't get into a loving and caring relationship with her for the end result is that you are nothing more than a really good friend to her.

 

 

Just disappear! Block her from all of your social media. And start making positive changes to your life.
