Have any ideas on how to creativly show a loved one how much you love them?

i once waited until sunrise, cut out "I love you" out of cardboard, stuck it backwards on the window, and opened the curtains, and accidentally on purpose woke my ex up! and there was my "i love you" in huge letters on the wall! although it was a bit blurry..but i tried! it was the thought..i think! lol
