Georgieboy Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 gf of 3 years and friend of ten years prior broke up just over 3 weeks ago and now she says she just wants to be freinds etc that doesn't work we all no that.. she deleted me from facebook so i dont really no anything she does but and we only text each other i sent her this today saying after much thought i respect your decision and i believe its time for me to move on i enjoyed our time together and wish you all the best id prefer no contact while moving forward thanks .... SHE REPLIED no worries enjoy !! isn't that a ridiculous response????id say she got offended any 1 ????

Try to move on because she sounds like she is not appreciative of the times you spent together.

We're you hoping she would confess how she has made a mistake and wants you back , I know it sucks buy that reply is best for you both , now ypu can move on just like you want I guess it seems a little immature saying 'enjoy' but there wasn't much more she could say while maintaining her dignity

"I agree" or "I'm sorry you feel that way" or something to that effect. She's human and humans have emotions and at the very least I'm sure her reaction reading your text was "what the heck?" Or if she's doing what I think she's doing which is thinking "he'll be back!" Then her reaction to your text was probably an ego stroke of "he still loves me so much that he can't even bare to talk to me, I will pretend to be okay with it because I know he'll be back." Even if you skip over all my assumptions, my woman's instinct tells me "her response was fake and she's not threatened that you'll be gone forever because if it hurts you too much to even talk to her then she has the upper hand." She's immature and playing games and not being genuine with you. You will eventually find someone a million times better then her in every way! I know for me being 3 weeks into my break up, the thought of moving on kills me and scares the hell out of me but one day my friends, we will find someone who makes us HAPPY it didn't work out with these people. 1
