Is it a turn off when someone thinks they're way more attractive than they really are

The type of people who have a butt load of confidence and think they are so amazing and beautiful. I think that's great...when that confidence is based in reality. So I'm not talking about people who KNOW what they look like and see themselves honestly and still love themselves. I'm taking about people who look in the mirror and see a completely different picture than what's really there. For example, i knew this girl who was really overweight but her whole closet was full of clothes that were several sizes too small. So small that a lot of her clothes would rip and fall apart and she had no idea why. She just always acted as if she were skinny and had a huge ego. I knew one other person who thought he was really good at drawing but he was quite bad. But he thought they were amazing and would post them all over Facebook taking about how good he was. What's your opinion on people like this? If you were dating one would it be a turn off or would you not really care?

As you already pointed out, confidence is sexy. The delusional person is just kind of sad. However, that same person with the too small clothes with a good hair cut, clothes that fit & the same confidence is probably attractive based on the personality & the ability to know herself.
