What is the biggest whopper of a lie you have been told either in your current relationship or by an ex???

 

 

My ex from several years ago was cheating on me and I found out about the chick but couldnt really prove anything concretely. So when I thought I had some info I confronted him and he told me he wasnt sleeping with her because she was a virgin and wanted to wait till marriage. At the time she was probably 23 and I didnt buy it hook line and sinker but at the time I wasnt strong enough to get out of the relationship.

My exhusband and my exboyfriend cheated on me. And gave me chlamydia. So up until I found out they gave me STDs from cheating on me, they denied the cheating. a**h***s. Most men are a**h***s.

Hubby told me that he killed & got rid of a mammoth mutant Texas Flying Tree roach ( :sick::sick::sick: ) that had found its way into our bathroom, but in reality it went inside the cupboard and through a crevase in the wall and he only sprayed with bug killer. The bug later crawled out and died--where I nearly stepped on it. I stopped trusting him after that. I have a MAJOR phobia about bugs and it was no laughing matter to me. I still do not trust him in this regard and I must know and see that he has indeed killed and removed said bug(s). He tried to pull the same stunt a few weeks ago in my mom's bathroom when a roach (at least five inches long and I'm NOT exaggerating--they get that big) got into her bathroom. He sprayed and said he got it and I went to check and saw the damn thing come out again and I screamed my throat raw!! I will never trust him again in this matter and he has done nothing to try to earn my trust either by continuing to lie to me about it.

 

I've caught him in smaller lies and I can always tell when he's fibbing to me.

I've yet to catch Mrs. Moose in a lie at all. Not even a white lie. She makes me sick, she's soooooo perfect!

My wifes first lie was that she had a ONS.

 

We entered MC.....but she lied to our pastor, Me and the MC.

 

We were in MC for 8 months before she finally told me that the ONS was a cover up to the truth. She was hoping that telling me about the ONS would divert from the truth and we would go to MC and everything would be fine and she could continue her double life. During this time....I knew something wasnt right....in fact I asked her about 5 times if there was someone else.....she said no everytime....

 

until March 1, 2005...I asked again if there was someone else...and she finally came clean...

 

The truth was....she started an EA in the spring of 2004 with her boss, that turned into a PA in the summer of 2004. She continued the affair....THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE IN MC.....

 

 

Its been 3 months since the whole truth came out.....we are doing better now, and working on our marriage and are still in MC. She is finally happy with what she has, or so it seems. And I am doing better too. But I am very gaurded...but hope to get past this.

 

 

I still struggle with the fact that she could be so decietful and coniving.....I mean lieing to all of us for 8 months.....but it is what it is....and we are choosing to make things better...

My ex once told me she was going to Tahoe with her girlfriend for a weekend. She said she needed time with just the girls to make sure that bond was solid and blah, blah, blah. Then when she got back from the trip she was talking about how her friend had this new boyfriend she didn't like and they got into a couple arguments up there. Then when I met the friend several weeks later they each briefly mentioned the trip.

 

Then about 3 months later I found out none of that was true. She wasn't with her friend at all, she was at Tahoe with some guy she worked with but "nothing happened". :rolleyes: It turns out she actually had her friend in on the story while I was there to confirm her lie and make me look like a fool.

 

Finding an honest woman is unbelievably difficult.

Both were about 9 years ago, but were uttered seconds apart. Now she's married to someone 20 years her senior and driving a ferrari. I guess it all worked out.

well even though me and my b/f are youngins, he lied to me about his age lol!!

 

we met at the pub, he asked me how old i was,i said 20... he told me he was 20 as well.

 

so lets fast foward to last week. i was looking at his fishing liscense and realized that his b-day year was 1 yr after mine... i thought about it for a second and i caught him. he's really 19. ill be 21 in sept, and he'll be turning 20 in december... i didnt make a big deal about it, but it sucks. i was happy thinking we get to go to new bars and stuff like that but now he has to wait another year

My ex told me that she was going to see her best friend for the weekend. Her best friend goes to school about 4 hours away from where she lived. I later found out because of my own suspicions that she actually flew across the country to spend the weekend with some guy that she met online. I don't think that i will ever get over that one.

My XW, about a year ago, was apparently interviewing for my replacement. Was having a couple of emotional affairs. She kept accusing me of having a problem with her talking to this guy she worked with, which I never did or at least never expressed a problem with it. After she kept accusing me of having a problem with it, I began to think maybe I should have a problem with it. So I checked her email account. Found a reply from that very day from him replying to my XW telling him she was falling in love with him.

 

So after I picked myself up from that punch in the gut, I asked my XW if there was anything going on there.

 

She laughed, and replied "pfft, the eye candy? God no!"

 

So that was the day I learned she could lie to me, without hesitation, and laugh while she lied to me.

My Ex of 2 years..Back in the days...Had a gambling problem, He told me it was his last time doing it and that he only bet on 3 games and it was only $300 bucks...

 

Turns out after he loses he starts crying and says he's sorry that he lied but he lost $3,000 bucks.. :eek:

 

We got into a huge fight because he wan't even suppose to be gambling he lied to me for 3 months and I new about it I just wanted to see how long he would lie to me. Once I confronted him he said 300 then when he lost it was 3,000.... :mad:

 

I'm so glad we're not together anymore...That relationship was horrible :rolleyes:

My ex fiance years ago cheated on me with a girl and got her preg he tried telling me it was not his it was his brothers.And just a few yrs ago he called me up I thought ha had matured since back when we were together we were teens but I found out he is worse than he was then LOL he told me he was living with two woman and he had several homes had a brand new home built out in seattle all which I think was to impress me what a JERK ...his wife ended up contacting me come to find out he was lying about everything and cheating on her lol some people DO NOT want to grow up. :laugh: The wife said he has issues and lives in a fantasy world.

My H hasn't lied to me. He's too straight and narrow!

 

My previous bf, the exA-hole from H-E-doublehockeysticks, always lied to me. Stupid stuff, big stuff, I swear if he took a s*** on the floor he'd say, "That isn't my Crappola on the floor." Knowing perfectly well it WAS his. What a f***head! .... He was incredible in bed though! What a waste of talent. Schmuck!

geez what one do I pick. Maybe that he denied having a son? Or that his divorce would only take a year????Or that he loved me!
