My boyfriend cheated on me with my bestfriend, but I still love him?!?!? HELP!

After the fire had died down my boyfriend went out side to put out the fire and I assumed that my girlfriend had gone to the bathroom. I must have fallen asleep inside because the next morning I woke up and my boyfriend told me that they had "fooled around" outside the night before..... Now I know that they didn't have sex but they almost did.... I still love him and believe that this is the only time that it's happened/will happen and still want to be friends with her but How do I forgive them if I can?? HELP!!!!!
