That's not true. Lot's of people just freeze. If a person is attacked and raped in the street and doesn't push their attacker away, she consented? I know a boyfriend is different and that is much more extreme I am trying to show that you don't have to actively say NO for it not to be rape.

 

That is a completely different situation that has not been expressed here.

We don't know the situation here yet so please hold your horses before saying things like if she didn't fight back it was a consent.

 

Young inexperienced women get naked in bed with men for 'foreplay' without wanting intercourse. If she told him no intercourse I am not ready and during these sex games he penetrates her without asking her, it's rape.

 

Also, let me educate you some more, if you are having intercourse and the women says in the middle of it STOP I don't want to any-more and the man doesn't stop, it's rape.

 

And also, if you are having protected intercourse and he takes his condom off without telling her and continues with intercourse, it's rape.
