anonymousbear00101100 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 It's been kind of a lonely day so I've been on Twitter for a lot of it. One of the girls I follow posted a picture of her Facebook inbox, which showed a bunch of guys trying to message her and flirt. I know kind of dumb and unrelated to my ex, but it just made me remember that right before we broke up a couple of guys started flirting with my ex. I don't know. It just kind of bothered me. I've kind of gotten over the whole "she's with other guys now", but it bothers me that she can get guys easier since the expectation is for guys to make the first move. I've done pretty well with the ladies since, but it just doesn't feel the same. I have this feeling that she's having tons of fun flirting and I'm not. I guess I'm just venting since I'm sort of in a sad mood.
mightycpa Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 You're right. Pointless. Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. Doesn't matter. Pointless. Good headline.
greenleaves54 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Maybe she's flirting 24/7, maybe she feels really lonely, no one knows. Either way, why does it matter? I think the real winner isn't the one who flirts the most, but the one who is confident in oneself and in spending time alone and therefore doesn't depend on flirting to feel good. I bet you're ex is a young one. Flirting is usually what they do. Focus on yourself instead, and you'll meet an awesome girl when you least expect it. Meanwhile, she might very well still be flirting around. But who cares. 1

Author anonymousbear00101100 Posted December 22, 2015 Author Posted December 22, 2015 I think I just have trouble when I play the compare game. Am I flirting with more girls than she is right now? But then I realize I don't care at all. She isn't working on herself and I am, and I'm going to be a lot better off in the end. Thank you all for the responses, they helped a lot.
