This is a sad story if it is true . This relationship is wrong. However, from the beginning me too, I have a hard time to believe in it.

Is she hot? Seriously. If she is a babe, I'm talking a real hot, smoking 33 year old woman, then I would just go straight to bed with her. There are some things you just can't pass up in this life. Sleeping with a hot, smoking babe is one of them. Of course, this babe must be 18+ years of age, not married or in any kind of relationship.

 

Now, I have to say you being 16 is wrong on so many levels and this woman can end up in jail.

How about this.....if your 16 year old son came to you with this and ask for advice, would you tell him to go smash her? and develop a sexual relationship with her? I doubt it.

Just sending out a message there to the adults who post here. We do have some kind of moral responsibility to minors who come here for advice. Encouraging them to go into a compromising situation that not only will affect them, but their peers, parents, and possible law enforcement is wrong. This site doesn't need that kind of reputation.

I was gonna say the same thing. This is not some Van Halen "Hot for Teacher" video. It's irresponsible to be saying, "go for it, bro!" This is a situation with potentially serious consequences for everyone involved.

 

Yeah, there may be some who give him high fives, but there will also be a social stigma attached. If they do have sex and word gets out, he'll always be "that kid." I'm sure college admissions officers would love to hear all about it, too. If there's media attention, imagine the shame and embarrassment of his family. If she gets caught and gets into legal trouble, if he has a conscience, he will feel guilty.

 

It's a lot to think about over what ... potentially two minutes of pleasure? Yeah, like a 16-year-old is really going to have a full night of steamy hot sex with an adult woman. Sure.

- I'm 16 and have a chance to have hot sex with a hot older woman :bunny:

- If it were my 16 year old son, I would call the cops on her

- If it were my 16 year old daughter, I would &$%%#@#$$ the guy.

Is it wrong for a 16 year old and a 33 year old (guy/girl - girl/guy) YES!

 

From an adult fantasy perspective, if I were 16 and a hot woman wanted me in her bed, I would be all over it.

hey I was 16 years old once, and I remember my view of the world.....I was irresponsible/made bad choices and couldn't figure out what the big deal was....looking back with mature adult eyes....I was an idiot.

Feh, this is not some ideal fantasy. If he goes through with it, there will be consequences of some kind. There's a big difference between an innocent 13 year old being manipulated by an adult, and a knowing 16 year old trying to score with a "hot" older woman. There may not be legal consequences, but he won't get off scott free. He probably won't be bragging about it in 10 years.

Hence what I said about there being laws in place calling this statutory rape. Clearly, they can't think straight at that age.

 

The brain doesn't finish developing until one is in their early 20's, so it stands to reason that 16 year old males with genitalia need the law to make them stay in their own lane.

 

I don't find the topic of encouraging a minor in this pursuit to be funny in the least. The potential for damage is too great and it's clear that the ones here giving the OP high fives haven't bothered to think this all the way out to the possible and probably conclusions.

I'm not encouraging anyone to do anything. There are enough posts, including my own, that say it's wrong for a 16 year old to be with a 33 year old.

 

If it were me, though, from an adult fantasy perspective, I think I would if a hot woman wanted me in her bed. I'm not telling this kid what to do... I'm just sharing what I might do... again, maybe I wouldn't do it. It's fantasy talk.

Before all this Political Correctness Fanaticism, people saw a younger guy in this situation as a lucky SOB. Now they try to convince you that you're an unfortunate victim.

 

Why would you/he want to be with an old woman when you are at the age to date teenage girls? There's only a short window for dating them.

OP, talk to a local lawyer to see what legalities may apply to you. After he high five's you, listen to his legal advice and be sure to comply with all laws.

 

Going by the responses by the women here, it's pretty certain that your Grandmother and Great Grandma wouldn't approve of this.

The boy in that case didn't go to jail. It's almost like you're encouraging him to do this. Perhaps you could find some precedents where the minor male was jailed? That would be more helpful.

I feel pretty safe in saying that no minor male has been jailed ever for this sort of thing. Unusual enough to find the adult woman go to jail.

 

 

Still, encouraging him to go for it is encouraging illegal (probably) activity, and that's not a great use of this forum. I know what I'd likely do at his age, but I wouldn't have reached out to the internet for input, assuming it existed at the time.

 

 

All he has to do is wait a year or two. The lecherous older women will still be out there, I guarantee.
