Me and my girlfriend are quite happy with each other, and I typically spend 3 back-to-back days with her each week. I sort of live with her half of the week due to logistics and schedules. Usually doing something during the day like going for a hike and then watching a movie with dinner or going out with friends. She is very independant and introverted, but I love her and know she loves me.

Due to 'living' with her half the week, I was wondering if I could get some feedback from those that have or do live with their partner on the topic of space between the two of you. I don't believe anyone can happily live tied together too close for too long, and I wouldn't want it to be any sort of issue to come along with me and her. (So far we've yet to ever even come close to a fight )

So you think marriage and being parents is impossible for you?

So you think marriage and being parents is impossible for you?

Why do you think divorce rates are so high? Because they don't assess this aspect. Even best friends can get annoyed with each other for spending too much time. Roommates commonly get mad at each other because...

Marriage isn't a commitment to being in the same room with someone the rest of your life unless you're at work.

This isn't going to go well.....

You don't want marriage nor responsibility.

Whenalone, what do you want to do.

Members seem to be assuming this is a typical thread about relationship issues. There have been no issues in my relationship. I was trying to start a thread on a real topic I've read about. Not my relationship specifically at all.

If a moderator could delete this thread I'd appreciate it. I'm not looking for everyone stating the typical "you should leave her".
