can i get help i don't know what to do please? is this the end of the friendship? bit of background we use to be boyfriend and girlfriend then we tried to be friends. and if it is the end can i get help on what to text to her to thank her for everything and leave politely or see if i can save it.

So sorry that you are hurting, it's never a good feeling to have a friendship or relationship end.

 

Here's what I see in that message....It the old "It's not you it me" but in reality it is you. It's possible you are a little obsessive with her and it's overwhelming her. She can't cope with your vibe. Sorry but she is very serious, she wants to sever ties with you.

 

She's been treating you like crap because she been trying to make you go away, but it has had different results....the more she pushed away the more you pulled her closer. Now she has decided to just be more straight with you, and wants you to leave her be. Respect her wishes, let go, grieve your loss and move on. It will hurt horribly for a little while but you will feel better in time. You know there is a whole world out there of new friends you could make if you just put yourself out there. im 26 year old it was the first time i was ever in a situation like this. may i ask did i respond to her i a good and dignify way? on the last text? thank you it is hard
