stealsyourpizza Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 I'm new to this forum so if this is the wrong section pls move it to the right one! 3,5 days ago I had a huge surgery, after 2 years I finally got a new lung which I'm extremely happy about etc. Now comes the bad part, I've been stressing horribly, not just like for a few hours or so but litterly all day long, the worst part is that I had 2 outbursts in two days against my crush for litterly nothing, she knew about the surgery the surgery and when I finally woke up in a good mood she said to me "Hey Nils! Don't feel the need of text back right now; but I hope your surgery went great and I'm so happy for you I hope you start feeling better soon, I love you " looking back at that message makes me extremely happy yet I'm so stressed about if I'm gonna be alright and there not gonna be any further problems etc, I've been looking for ways to decrease the stress but non of them seem really to work, last night I asked her if she mad against me because of the outbursts and she said "No I'm not mad at all I can understand it completely how your feeling" I was of course really happy with that answer knowing she knows me well now, but I wanna prevent myself from getting another outburst with any cost, I hope someone has some great tips for me! Thx for reading and enjoy your day
