She's either just looking at it/seeing what you've written about yourself this time/is feeling nostalgic or something/clicked on it by mistake. I mean, I guess you could reach out to her, but I wouldn't see this as a "sign" or anything. If I end up seeing my ex's profile when I get back on OLD, I guarantee I'll take a peek at it at least once ... before blocking him.
