This has been bugging me recently:

 

People often say that both the ability to read people and be a good communicator are highly important. But if two people are communicating their wants/needs, doesn't that eliminate the need for them to read each other?

Communicating important but sometimes its nice to be in the company of that person who just 'reads you', 'bounces off you', 'gets you', where you don't have to state every little thing, sometimes they just know.

 

 

Equally communication doesn't always have to be verbal. Sometime reading your partners body language is a form of communication.
