predator8u Posted May 27, 2005 Posted May 27, 2005 Hey everyone, I just wanted to ask for some tips or opinions on doing a second date with a girl I met. We didn't really have a "date" we just met at a diner after we were talking on and off on the internet, but I was just blown away by her and I definitely want to go out with her again, but I'm not sure how she feels... She said we'd go out if I call her but I didn't really see any excitment in her and I dont know if she's attracted to me... she liked my online pictures but I dunno in real person haha... as far as the meeting went... we had a few awkward silences and we kinda laughed about it... and she kept saying sorry and I said i was sorry... I felt kinda lame... I dunno if this always happens, but it happens to me pretty often I guess ..... I'm really outgoing and funny but when I meet these girls I think I get a little nervous or something haha.... I learned a lot about her and I think she is the most amazing person I have met so far... we share the same values and we are both pretty religious and she's just the nicest person you could meet. She works hard.... has two jobs, cooks for her family (she lives with her parents) babysits her nieces whom she really loves.... she is just amazing and I think I'd want to date her even if she was ugly, but on top of all of this she is incredibly beautiful... I just need to figure out where to take her next time and what to say when I call her..... we need to do something fun so that I lose that tension i guess hahah but Im not 21 yet and she is.... shes really not into drinking, but i cant even take her out dancing or anything.... I guess I'm just really excited about her and I can't be my usual crazy self haha.... if I screw this one up I'll be pretty upset hahah... Oh when is it customary to call after meeting.... I don't want to come across tooo excited haha.... so i met her thursday, yesterday and today is friday, I thought I'd call her tomorrow saturday.... well let me know what u all think thanks a lot
agnf666 Posted May 27, 2005 Posted May 27, 2005 You never know unless you ask. If you just sit and ponder about it all the time then you will never have the chance. This way you can get to know her better and then she will show you if she is interested in you. You two where probably very nervous on the first date so I can that maybe why you couldn't tell if se had an interest in you. Depending on when you meet her I would give it 2 to 3 days tops. If you call her in 1 you look desperate. If you don't call her after 3 days then she knows your not interested. You can take her out to Dinner and a movie, have a picnic, go to a concert, or something interesting. Since your not 21 there is still plenty of things to do.
