I met a girl and got her number. We started a convo then she started taking days to respond and so I figured her interest level was very low. I ignored her last text and then she texts me again couples weeks later. We barely know each other. Why do girls do this?

Because some dude pumped and dumped her. She figures she'll aim lower, and that's you.
